Order fulfillment:
If you need to install servers outside Lithuania, then before ordering our services, please contact us by calling +370 676 18588 or by e-mail
We undertake to contact the client within 24 hours after receiving the order and discuss the terms of order fulfillment. The standard time for our services is 6 business days. Various other terms for order fulfillment are possible, which we discuss during the first meeting with the client. Also, the fulfillment of orders depends largely on the client's preliminary preparations for the fulfillment of these orders, such as the introduction of the Internet, the state of the internal Internet network, the geographical location of the premises where our orders are to be fulfilled. Employee training is not included in this period, we discuss this separately with the client.
Warranties and consultations after the fulfillment of the order:
We provide a 24-month warranty for all our services and goods. During this period, we will repair or resolve all faults or malfunctions of our goods and services free of charge. Read more about warranty obligations and conditions on the relevant page.
We also provide 6 months of free consultations by phone and e-mail. We coordinate the arrival of specialists to your premises separately.
Assortments and services:
All server elements and additional equipment are new, with additional manufacturer warranties. Additional equipment is intended as accessories to the main orders. When purchasing this equipment only as a separate equipment, not related to our main service and product orders, our warranty and delivery conditions rules do not apply, only the warranties of the equipment manufacturers remain.
The components of the server components can be changed or selected without additional notice, but they must meet at least the requirements and characteristics specified here.
